"House" Visit Sweepstakes

Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

2. Employees of Fox Television Stations, Inc., Nissan Corporation, and NBC Universal (collectively, “Sponsors”), their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

How To Enter

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per e-mail address. The giveaway begins on Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time on and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 16, 2008.

4. To enter, contestants must go to www.MyNissanMuranoSweepstakes.com to access the online entry form, and follow all instructions to complete the online entry. Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsors of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

5. Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsors or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted.

6. There will be 16 winners total -- 1 Grand Prize winner, and 15 First Prize winners. Winners will be selected via random drawing from among valid entries on or about Friday, March 21, 2008.

The Prize(s)

7. 15 First Prize winners will receive: 1 House Season 3 DVD set, 1 Fox t-shirt, 1 Fox coffee mug, and 1 Fox hat. The approximate retail value of each First Prize is $100.00. 1 Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for 4 people to Los Angeles, CA and a visit to the set of the television series House. The Grand Prize includes: round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, $1000 spending money in the form of Visa check cards, 3 days car rental while in Los Angeles, and access to the set of House for 4 people. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,900.00, exact value will depend on the Grand Prize winner’s city of residence.

All persons traveling on the Grand Prize trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of the minor. The trip includes round-trip coach airline tickets to and from airports selected by Sponsor and double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 4 people for 3 nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses not expressly stated in the prize description, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, ground transportation, taxes and surcharges. Travel dates to be determined by Sponsor and are subject to availability and the House production schedule. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2008, unless extended by Sponsor in its sole discretion as a result of force majuere, strike or other matters beyond Sponsor’s control.

8. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail on or about Monday, March 24, 2008. Winner(s) will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 5 days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing. If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not respond to prize notification within 5 days, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing. The Grand Prize winner’s guests will also be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release before travel arrangements can be made.

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s). In the event that production of the television series House is cancelled for any reason, that portion of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

10. The winner(s) is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.

11. Only one prize will be awarded per household.

12. Odds of winning depend on the number of correct entries received.

15. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize.

16. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsors, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
